Parties to this agreement include but are not limited to viewers, visitors, users, subscribers, members, affiliates and customers. All such parties are herein collectively referred to as "visitors" in this agreement. This website, its owners, employees, agents and operators are referred to collectively herein as the "website". By viewing this website all visitors hereby agree with this website's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. By viewing and using our website all visitors waives the right to all claims of damages whether it be financial, physical or emotional. Ukraine-Model.com is under no circumstances responsible for the actions of any of it's employees, representatives, visitors or members. Nor is it responsible for the losses, damages, personal injuries, or death resulting from the use of our services.
The visitor shall waive the right to go to court or have a trial by jury. All disputes are to be settle by binding arbitration. Arbitration procedures shall follow those of the American Arbitration Association headquartered in New York City. The arbitration hearing shall take place at the time and place of our choosing.
This website operates in full compliance with IMBRA (International Marriage Broker Act). All background information collect from our members who are United States citizens is kept strictly confidential and is only provided to female members that they correspond with. Any other use of this background information is strictly prohibited and severely penalized by IMBRA. If you are using another dating service and they are not IMBRA you may have trouble applying for a visa for your fiancée.
Members cannot include any personal contact information of any kind in their correspondence until the conditions of IMBRA have been satisfied. By submitting a written request to us all members can cancel their subscriptions and withdrawal their personal information, and photos at any time for any reasons. Monthly recurring membership fees will be canceled and not rebilled the following month. Any unused letter writing credits will be refunded, past month membership fees will no be refunded. This website reserves the right to deny access to any individual for any reason.
